Look into the Eye Book Launch

I had been dreaming of this night for so long and it didn’t disappoint! It was wonderful to see so many people along to the launch of Look into the Eye as part of the Dublin Book Festival. We quickly sold out of books which was amazing!
Thanks so much to the Gutter Bookshop and to all at the Festival for their great work on the night and getting us all ready before. Thanks also to Fiona Quinn for her lovely words as she launched the book.
I read an extract then and spoke a little about a subject close to my heart and a theme of Look into the Eye - the threats to whales from whaling, overfishing and pollution.
Over the few days then I’ve been blown away and so touched by the response to the book – thanks all for your kind words. And thanks especially for all the awesome selfies you’ve sent of my Little Book as it has travelled swiftly around the world. Love these!
Thanks so much to my brother, Paul for the super launch photos from the night (loads more here) – great to have these memories. It’ll take me a while to come back down from the high! 😊
